Message from the director
My name is Andy Harris, and I run H-Racks Limited.
Having spent 30 years designing, selling and project managing storage equipment and warehouse projects of all shapes and sizes, I set H-Racks up in 2020 as the world was coming out of lockdown. After several years of successful trading, I look back now and can see that it was the best decision I ever made!
My aims and business philosophy have always been the same whether working for myself or for others - to offer the same level of service I expect when I am buying something.
My response time to an enquiry is always exceptional because if there is something a client is considering and needs help with now, the sooner they get the information and support they need, the sooner the solution can be provided.
H-Racks is very much a family business. My mum Wendy, who has run her own businesses, has been a vital member of the team from the outset and looks after all business matters, while my wife Jo provides vital marketing and administrative support.
The final and most important piece of our jigsaw is our fully qualified SEIRS installers. We are lucky enough to have several expert teams to call on, allowing us to work right across the UK. They share the same customer-focused philosophy as our business and always make sure site safety is an absolute priority.
